NodOn is adding a brand-new EnOcean controller to its white-label portfolio: the Octan Remote. This controller for lighting, heating, roller shutters and other EnOcean-compatible devices is a further step in NodOn’s journey to even greater interoperability.

The company further developed an existing product and combined another technology with the EnOcean technology to introduce a hybrid controller that can be used as either a remote or a wall switch.

At the office or at home – a real all-rounder

With its four buttons and two channels, the Octan Remote is perfect for switching on and off all the lights in an open-plan space and the light in a specific location, such as a meeting room. Due to its magnetic wall plate, the controller can also be placed on ferrous surfaces, such as refrigerators. Depending on the intended use, the controller is suitable for many different scenarios – for example, it can be taken from the garage and placed in the car for use as a garage door opener.
